Expectations and Uniforms

Dress Code

• Plain or logo’d white polo shirt  
• Plain grey long or short trousers, Grey skirt or pinafore dress  
• Plain or logo’d navy school sweatshirt or cardigan 
• Black or navy plain shoes or sandals (no flip-flops or open-toed sandals) 
• Summer option: Light-weight summer short-sleeved dress in light blue/navy/purple.  

All items of uniform should be clearly named. 

P.E. 

• Black or navy shorts, purple t-shirt and plimsolls in a named bag 
• Logo’d hooded sweatshirt  
• Plain or logo’d purple t-shirt  
• Children may wear trainers for outdoor games if preferred.

Jewellery: 

Jewellery must not be worn; however, those with pierced ears may wear one close-fitting stud in each ear. These will need to be removed for P.E. or Pupils will need to bring tape and cover them. 

Hair: 

Long hair should be tied back in a simple way. 

Shoes: 

Sensible, flat, plain shoes in black, brown or dark grey, with no platform soles or heels over 4 cm, should be worn. In summer, sensible sandals with a back strap (not mules) can be worn. 

Swimming: 

KS2 children will also need swimwear (one piece costume for girls, trunks or lycra swim shorts for boys), hat and towel for their swimming sessions.
